All Her Own Sessions

ABOUT All Her Own:
Take away the premeditated props and backdrops. Break down the overtly designed and seductively-themed sets (most of which aren’t even attainable in the average home). Remove the socially-driven images of runway model beauty from your mind. There are no whips, chains, bustiers, feather boas or other hard-to-find props required here…
Instead, All Her Own sessions takes all of your preconceived notions about boudoir photography and scraps them like a disposable camera.
We want REAL. We want natural. We want wife beaters, flannels & fifteen year old t-shirts. Red lipstick or nothing at all. Flowers in your hair. Heels, flats, flippers or slippers on your feet. Smoke a cigar, paint your tummy and sip some champagne!
We want you in the comfort of your own home, wearing what makes you sexy and confident!
All that said? We just want you being you.
All Her Own sessions are inspired by who you are, what you do, things you like, your vices and obsessions, without being staged or over thought!. My goal is to feature women of all shapes and sizes (many that have traditionally been left out of mainstream media). I want to play my part in helping "redefine a genre that has been overrun with unrealistic sexually explicit images of women", that have for so long focused more on expressing who “he” wants her to be, & less on who she truly is. All Her Own Sessions give women a way to express their personality, sexuality & creativity in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the things that make her.
ART on All Her Own:
My very first All Her Own client said something before the shoot that inspired me to go beyond mainline boudoir into a more real, more personalized, intimately “you” type of boudoir session. She said, "WARNING: Objects in mirror may be psychologically distorted by unattainable, unnatural, socially-constructed ideals of beauty." We then went on to shoot one of the most natural & real All Her Own sessions I’ve ever seen, let alone been privy to shoot.
As I continue All Her Own: I want my clients to be reminded not to lose themselves & their own identity, or try to be someone they’re not. Rather, you can look forward to images that are authentic, expressive and focused on your true beauty.
